Preserve Your Memories

About

I started this journey while looking for a way to digitise old family photos—from both my parents and grandparents—so that my sister and I could each have a set. More importantly, I wanted to ensure that my nephews would also have access to these meaningful memories, without the risk of them getting lost or forgotten over time.

At first, I was hesitant to send precious originals through the mail, worried they might be lost or damaged. I also found the process surprisingly expensive and complicated—having to count every single photo just to get an accurate quote, and then decide whether to pay more for better quality results.

That’s when I began exploring how to scan the photos myself—and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. As an art teacher with photography qualifications and a Master’s degree in Fine Art, I already had the skills to handle images with care and precision. I used that expertise to create high-quality, enhanced digital versions of our family photos—and realised I could do the same for others.

What began as a personal project quickly turned into something more. I realised there had to be a better, more affordable, and more reassuring way to preserve family memories—so I created a service that makes it easier for others to do just that.
